The Architects Alliance working with design architects HOK Sports served as the Architect of Record for the Blair Oaks Sports Complex. Verslues Construction served as the Construction Manager on the project.

The sports complex includes a football field with synthetic turf, a track with resilient surfacing, a baseball/softball field, a football grand stand seating nearly 2,200 people, a baseball grand stand seating nearly 270 people, a press box for each field, a concession stand, locker rooms, public restrooms, a storage building, and about 250 parking spaces.
