CLIENT: Central Technology Services SQUARE FOOTAGE: 13,000 square feet LOCATION: Jefferson City, Missouri The scope for this project was to complete architectural design development, construction documents and construction administration services for finishing out the third floor of the existing CTS building. The third floor level contains approximately 13,000 square feet of floor area with private offices and conference areas along the north & south exterior walls and a centralized open office gallery space with the capacity to hold up to forty-six workstations. Also incorporated is a central service core containing restrooms, a kitchenette, copy room, mail room, storage area, and an elevator. |
