Newly acquired property called for an updated masterplan for First United Methodist Church. The updated masterplan includes two city blocks and spans Main Street and an alley. Structures included are the original Sanctuary built in 1865, Large Sanctuary built in 1955, Lobby Classroom Section built in 1985, proposed choir addition, proposed Christian Life Center, proposed parking and future land acquisitions. The design maintains unity throughout the facilities while allowing outreach programs and services to expand.
