With this financial landmark building The Architects Alliance was
challenged to double the size of the original 1964 structure while
maintaining the organic modern vocabulary of the Architecture. The site
was masterplanned to safely separate pedestrians and vehicles, add
landscaping and improve street connections.
Interior finishes contrast man made materials such as aluminum and
glass with natural materials such as granite and wood. New finishes are
continued throughout the renovation of all
existing spaces. The highlight of this project is the seamless
integration of existing and new architecture.
