This building expansion presented a unique opportunity to remove substandard portions of the facility and replace them with a creative solution that enhanced the overall architectural impression. The new additions include dining areas, bar, commercial kitchen, golf pro shop, locker rooms, golf cart storage, outdoor dining, pool deck, pool, fountain, and entry gazebo. Special attention was given to views from the dining, pro shop and pool areas as well as approaches to the building.
