This is a new Activity Center located on the campus of Linn State Technical College between the Information Technology Center and Osage County Community Center. The building is slab-on-grade with steel frame construction, metal roof trusses and a combination masonry / metal clad exterior with aluminum storefront fenestration. The lower level includes a storm shelter complete with storm resistant structure, separate HVAC and a back-up generator for electricity.
