This new two-story facility has on-grade access to both floors. The roof is comprised of pre-engineered wood trusses with conventional over-framing. The exterior consists of combination brick and stone veneer on 6” cold formed wall framing. Exterior windows are aluminum storefront with tinted 1” insulated glass. The interior consists of metal stud walls with 5/8” painted gypsum board. The floor material is a combination of carpet, ceramic tile and VCT floor tile and the ceiling is a combination of 2x2 acoustical panels and gypsum soffits.
