This three story office building was completed in two phases. Phase One included a building shell bid package, which included the architectural envelope as well as all public circulation and support spaces. The design was developed for the Property Owners. Phase Two included multiple bid packages for the interior design of each tenant. This work included the design of each suite floor plan, finishes and cabinetry.
