CLIENT: Jefferson City Public Schools SQUARE FOOTAGE: 3,870 square feet (addition) 22,000 square feet (renovation) LOCATION: Jefferson City, MO The primary use of the facility will be for the communities' students. The facility will be of the quality and size to house visiting performers and events as well. A lobby is required for a performing arts center and will be added to the west. The majority of the lobby will be glass so as to protect the integrity of the original west facade. The historic character and details of the structure will be maintained while at the same time constructing a new, state-of-the-art performance space within. |
