This new refrigerated warehouse and office facility was originally completed in 1990. As of 2010 more space was needed, so The Architects Alliance was once again brought on to design the new additions, renovations, and sitework to the existing facility. These include, a Northeast Office Addition (4,519 sf.), Office Renovation (6,327 sf.), P.O.S. Storage Renovation (720 sf.), Southwest Addition (7,204 sf.), and CEW East Addition (4,669 sf.).
