Three Rivers Electric Cooperative commissioned The Architects Alliance to design this 12,000 S.F. headquarters facility located in Linn, Missouri. The facility houses several different departments including Administration, Drive-thru Services with night deposit, Public Relations, Accounting, Engineering and Warehousing. The building layout includes a welcoming environment for cooperative members as well as secured technical areas for district engineers. Furthermore, the facility is outfitted with a back-up generator for round-the-clock operations even in a total loss of area electricity. A geo-thermal heat pump system conditions the facility with fifty closed loop deepwater wells hidden in the yard.
